Transformative Education Program

The Transformative Education Program seeks to achieve three goals: 1) equip youth with marketable skills and positive behaviors, 2) teach youth how to connect with resources that improve their self-sufficiency, and 3) create a low pressure way for staff to build rapport with youth who are initially hesitant to engage in our more intensive health and mental health programming.

Individual sessions and group activities held in our Education Technology Lab allow clients to learn to thrive in structure, accept individualized attention, collaborate with peers, and explore their interests as a way to regain self-esteem.

We offer services in the areas of Academic Achievement, Employment, Creative Arts, and Social & Life Skills. Upon establishing rapport with clients, staff make referrals to more intensive therapeutic services in our Health & Well Being Program and the greater community.
